After neighboring the world’s biggest playground, Dick and Gayle knew they needed a home with dynamic vitality when they moved from New York to Madison. The sumptuous shoreline retreat on Farwell Drive in Maple Bluff fit the bill perfectly.

Empty-nesters, Dick and Gayle welcome umpteen activities organized year round by the Village — and maybe a cheer now and then for the Badger crew team rowing by. From pontooning to The Edgewater and Memorial Union Terrace to enjoying light off the water that brightens even a cloudy day, they’ve found lakeside living at its very best.
