Lori Schilling was our real estate agent for our home sale and she was absolutely phenomenal! We had been in contact with Lori initially to buy and she was incredibly knowledgeable/generous with her advice. When it came to selling our own, Lori was an easy choice as it was clear she knew her stuff. Boy, did she deliver! With a short turnaround, Lori was attentive, professional and gave us the advice we needed to meet our goals. In just a few days - Lori staged our home to be showtime ready (we couldn't even recognize it ourselves with how the photos turned out!) and got it on the market. The result - a flood of quality showings, multiple offers over asking and an accepted offer over asking in 4 days! It wouldn't have happened without Lori working tirelessly behind the scenes and make it seamless for us as we were on vacation during the whole process. I would rate her 10 stars if I could! Mo was very helpful and thoughtful during our whole house hunting process. He provided insight on the market, and gave his opinions without pushing us in one direction or another. He also humored our crazy ideas, such as sight unseen offers, while tempering our expectations and making sure that we were aware of the risk associated with that offer strategy. In the end, we were able to purchase a house in a neighborhood that we really wanted in a very reasonable amount of time.
