A Madisonian transplant in the 1980s, she is an Edgewood High School (fka Ann Bradt) and a UW–Madison graduate. Her global perspective and refined understanding of people, lifestyle, and place are shaped by her upbringing in Washington, D.C., international living, and a distinguished earlier career in luxury travel and hospitality. Having lived in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Mumbai, Santiago, Chile and Chicago before returning to Madison, she offers clients a sophisticated, well-rounded perspective on relocation, market dynamics, and finding the right fit. Fluent in Spanish, she is adept at connecting with a diverse clientele and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Ruby is currently a Vilas neighborhood homeowner. Other areas of expertise include Bay Creek, Monona, the Lake Loop, near East, near West, Nakoma, Dudgeon-Monroe, University Heights, and the downtown condo scene. She loves welcoming new people to Madison and is happy to do driving tours to introduce people to the various neighborhoods based on their needs.
Committed to strengthening the Madison community, Ruby serves on the Board of Directors of Madison Ballet. She is a proud ambassador for the Own It Down Payment Assistance Program. She is a temporary foster care parent and has opened her home to unaccompanied children and youth from around the world through La Jornada at the National Youth Advocacy Program. She is also an active member of the Clean Lakes Alliance and enjoys kayaking local rivers.
