Kylee, a Wisconsin native, was raised in the real estate business and grew up in various South Central Wisconsin towns. With a background in home renovations, she has hands-on experience and knowledge in the field. Kylee also serves as a property manager for over 60 units, showcasing her expertise in multi-unit and investment properties.
Together with her fiancé, who is a skilled carpenter, Kylee has been renovating their own house into their dream home while also renovating her rental properties. Their combination of real estate knowledge and mechanical skills has proven to be a powerful advantage, making quite the dream team.
In addition to her real estate pursuits, Kylee is a dedicated animal shelter volunteer and pet advocate. She has established partnerships with other the Dane County Humane Society and the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin. Kylee donates 6% of her commission checks to the Dane County Humane Society in her clients' names and sponsors one pet each month by covering their adoption fee through the Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin. She shares her life with four rescue pets, highlighting her love for animals.
During her leisure time, Kylee enjoys kayaking and exploring creeks, rivers and lakes. She also has a passion for traveling throughout Wisconsin, seeking out the best bowling alleys our state has to offer to compete and bowl at while discovering new and unique dining experiences.
