Kari is a dedicated real estate professional who brings deep local knowledge, strong community ties, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their goals. She works across all areas of real estate—residential, luxury, second homes, investment properties, and commercial—but first‐time homebuyers remain especially meaningful to her. Guiding clients into their first home and watching them build their lives is one of the most rewarding
parts of her work.
A twenty‐year resident of Lake Kegonsa, Kari embraces the beauty and rhythm of waterfront living. She’s an avid paddleboarder and an active member of Friends of Lake Kegonsa, the Yahara Lakes Association, and a supporter of Clean Lakes Alliance. Her commitment to community runs deep; as a past Stoughton Chamber of Commerce board member, she created a wine‐tasting fundraiser that showcased local vendors and artists while supporting scholarship programs.
Before beginning her real estate career, Kari lived in Singapore and Australia after attending UW–Madison. Her time abroad broadened her perspective, strengthened her appreciation for diverse cultures, and deepened her love of connecting with people—an asset that continues to shape her approach with clients today. She eventually returned to her hometown of Stoughton, where she turned her passion for real estate into her chosen profession.
Kari’s clients benefit from her extensive experience in residential sales, development, property management, and remodeling, as well as her trusted partnerships with designers, stagers, lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, title companies, and contractors. These relationships allow her to provide a seamless, well‐supported buying or selling experience.
Proud to serve the vibrant community she calls home, Kari looks forward to helping clients realize their real estate dreams for many years to come.
