Emili brings over 20 years of experience and a versatile portfolio spanning residential, multifamily, senior living, community, and corporate projects to Sprinkman Design Collective. As a NCIDQ-certified interior designer, she has built her career on a foundation of research-driven design, mentorship, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful spaces for diverse populations across the country. Emili thrives in collaborative environments and is known for fostering open, respectful communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and design teams. As Principal Interior Designer, she is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions tailored to each client’s vision and needs. Emili’s true superpower lies in preserving design integrity, regardless of budget constraints. Her experience proves that exceptional design doesn’t have to come at a high cost.
Originally from North Dakota, Emili has lived throughout the Midwest and has called the Madison area home since 2016. She lives with her husband, their three children, and a lively crew of four cats. In 2020, they purchased a 1950s mid-century ranch, which has since become an ongoing passion project filled with renovation and design inspiration. Outside of work, Emili enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and exploring new wineries—always on the lookout for a great wine tasting experience.
