Debby Dines is an ex-Army officer, businesswoman and urban living enthusiast. Reinvention is her mantra, and she believes change is good for the soul and increasingly beneficial for physical and mental health.
In 2008, Debby started Dines Incorporated, a boutique residential real estate brokerage focused on condominium living in Downtown Madison, WI. She merged her real estate operations with Sprinkman Real Estate in 2018 and now acts as a referral broker for downtown and new development initiatives.
In 2018, Debby also launched URBAN LIFE COLLECTIVE, LLC, a division of Dines Inc., and the embodiment of her life-long love of art merged with a passion for urban living. Acting as an art and custom furnishings consultant, and an emerging artist herself, Debby draws on a diverse background of life experiences to inform her work. In 2023, Debby will complete the renovation of WILSON HOUSE, a minimalist city living residence and showcase for modern art.
