A Middleton native and proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Cole brings deep local roots and a modern perspective to every real estate transaction. As a longtime rental property owner, he’s comfortable in the investment space and enjoys guiding first-time buyers and sellers — many of whom are friends, family, and neighbors.
Cole works alongside his wife (his favorite teammate), whose extensive property management experience adds strategic insight and an extra layer of care to the service they provide. With five years in the home improvement industry and as owner and publisher of Middleton City Lifestyle magazine, he is closely connected to local businesses and trusted contractors throughout Middleton, Waunakee, and the surrounding communities. Those relationships deliver a distinct advantage, helping to leverage success for clients buying, selling, or relocating to the area.
An ambassador for the Middleton Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Madison West/Middleton Rotary Club, and an active member of his church, Cole is deeply invested in the community he calls home. He’s an avid Wisconsin sports fan, volleyball and basketball enthusiast, and will happily take any opportunity to get on the water — though his favorite role so far is being a new dad.
